First of all, we don't even own a string mop. Gross!
MICROFIBER IS THE WAY TO GO.
We pressure wash and wet-vac every restroom routinely.
This prevents odors and keeps it clean and healthy.
For daily cleaning, we use replaceable microfiber mop heads with a hospital-grade disinfectant and switch heads frequently.

It's the only way to get to know a building and it
gives us the chance to engineer and sequence a routine
to prevent cross-contamination. We maintain a very active presence inspecting, swabbing desks and verifying disinfection.
Complaint #5: The owner hadn't been here in years. I think he lives in Florida.
